Silent

I really hate uploading vent art...
So about a week ago I found out my parents are putting me back into therapy with a therapist with dogs.
Now this really upset me when I heard this.
I cried so much...
So it's been bugging me all week.
I have this issue (I'm sure many people suffering from depression have this as well)...
Like, I want to speak up and let my problems flow out SO BADLY.
But,
I freeze up.
And become silent.
It's the worse feeling in the world.
I almost speak up, but I just stare at the wall.
My story is scattered, bits and pieces to different people...
Yeah. I'm unwillingly silent and suffering unu.
